David Armano, on his Marketing and Strategy Innovation Blog, has a creative, fun and insightful look at the challenges marketers face with the cascade of emerging channels and technologies available to us. Part and parcel of the movement towards building and maintaining stronger relationships with customers by delivering more long term value is improving the methods we use to build and execute marketing strategies and programs and the mix of tools and campaigns.
